Revamping activities
Industrial revamping interventions:
- Azienda Fattoria Latte Sano
428 kWp PV system.
Location of installation: Fattoria Lattesano – Rome.
Year of installation: 2017.
Type of system: photovoltaic on industrial sheds and vehicle sheds.
At the Fattoria Latte Sano, where RESIT has regularly carried out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities for over 3 years, a thermographic check had identified numerous modules with hotspot phenomena “Critical” and others less serious and it was decided to replace them with new modules, also by virtue of the Class 1 fire resistance certificate.
- Ferrovie – Mercitalia Logistics
470 kWp PV system.
Installation location: Scalo San Lorenzo – Rome.
Within the Contract for the ordinary maintenance of the photovoltaic system serving the buildings in Rome Scalo San Lorenzo, RESIT has carried out extraordinary maintenance activities, in particular replacing worn / worn components of the photovoltaic system and dismantling / reassembly of numerous photovoltaic panels.
