Systems for the remote monitoring and data transmission with photovoltaic supply

 


 

1) IP CAM SYSTEM FOR REMOTE SURVEILLANCE AND DATA TRANSMISSION VIA INTERNET WITH SOLAR POWER POWER

ipcam-1Surveillance camera stand-alone powered by photovoltaic technology-specific surveillance sites regardless of the presence of the electricity grid.

The system consists of:

    • A photovoltaic panel 175 Watt – 250 W, mono or poly crystalline silicon. It can be an increase in power on demand.
      IP Camera high-performance, outdoor, running 24h, optical day-night and internal storage (Micro SD up 3 -4 days).
      Transmission apparatus constituted by a 3G Router (transfer rate 7 Mbit / sec)
      One / two battery electric storage FIAMM.
      A microprocessor unit for control and regulation of charge.
    • A support pole variable height, steel, base diameter about 130 mm, about 3 mm thick
    • A support base for the pole and containment of the battery pack

The heart of the project consists of an IP Cam, a high-performance digital camera capable of transmitting data and images via the Internet, powered by a photovoltaic-type stand alone.

The constant connection via the Internet and optimizing the energy consumption of the system allow the display of images at any time of the day and receiving e-mails with images attached in the case of alarms detected.

The system can be installed in remote locations and away from the power supply, thanks to power with solar panels and the storage system and the 3G network.

The structural and functional characteristics of the system can be changed on request, modular system according to the needs and specific applications.

The system consists of the following parts:

Photovoltaic modules: They usually are modules with crystalline silicon cells, each module has a surface area of 1 m or 1.6 m. The number of modules (1 or 2) is calculated to provide in the month

2) Elios-Lan system for remote monitoring and data transmission via radio with solar power

The system ELIOS-LAN is consisted of:

– A support pole about 5m in height, of which 4.5 out of earth, steel, base diameter about 130 mm, about 3 mm thick

– A support base for the pole and containment of the battery

– A battery of electric storage 125 Ah C10, sealed lead-acid

– Two photovoltaic panels 75 Watt each, for a total of 150 watts of silicon mono or poly crystalline (it is possible an increase in power on request)

– A microprocessor unit for control and regulation

– Apparatus radio transmission at 2.4 GHz (voltage 12 V, current <300 mA) or 5.4 GHz (voltage 55 V, current 1 A)

– Storage data system .

The dimensioning performance of the project allows surveillance up to 24 hours a day, continuing (in conditions of sufficient light), with periodic transmission data (images and data) due to the storage system, with battery storage to provide about 6 hours / day data transmission even in case of lack of sunshine (eg. for rain) for about three days.
