  • Montalto di Castro (VT)
    PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM REALIZATION, commissioned June 2022.
    15 kWp plant on land, connected to grid, for energy from renewable sources self-production and self-consumption.
  • Apartments building in Aprilia (LT)
    PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM REALIZATION, commissioned June 2022.
    Condominium systems for 24 kWp total power, the energy produced will be self-consumed by the 7 users present in the new condominium made entirely of prefabricated with wooden framed elements.

  • Unieuro – Roma Muratella (RM)
    PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM REALIZATION which starts operation in March 2022.
    400 kWp system connected to the net, for self-production and self-consumption of energy from renewable sources.
    RESIT took care of the authorizations request, design, materials supply, installation and “turnkey” construction of the photovoltaic system, including testing, cabin adjustments and connection to the ACEA network.
    The system was built with 1068 total black LONGI brand photovoltaic modules of 375 Wp each and 4 Sungrow inverters of 100 kWp each. The panels are positioned on the entire south-facing pitch, over 2.000 square meters, on Wurth support structures with perfect architectural integration.

  • ENEA Casaccia – Italian National Energy Agency – Cesano (RM)
    PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM REALIZATION, which starts operation in April 2022.
    System prepared with storage for recharging electric vehicles at ENEA, the ITALIAN NATIONAL AGENCY FOR NEW TECHNOLOGIES, ENERGY AND SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. Double-sided photovoltaic panels, of 375 Wp each.
  • Harpa Italia – Rome
    PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM REALIZATION, which starts operation in May 2021.
    25 kWp system connected to the grid, for self-production and self-consumption of energy from renewable sources.
  • Casa Generalizia Suore di Nostra Signora – Rome
    PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM REALIZATION, which starts operation in March 2021.
    20 kW system connected to the grid, for self-production and self-consumption of energy from renewable sources.
  • Municipality of Rome – monitoring system for photovoltaic systems owned by Roma Capitale and restoration of photovoltaic systems installed on schools and public offices owned by Roma Capitale.
    Activities carried out from May to November 2020.
    Installed n. 45 remote monitoring systems for the control of photovoltaic systems from a single portal, with metering of energy produced, tons of CO2 saved and alerts for faults or anomalies.
  • ‘Onda’ PV carports in Lunano (PU)
    RESIT patent shelter for parking 2 cars.
    4 kWp system connected to the grid with ‘exchange on site’ which came into operation in December 2020.
  • Municipality of Santa Marinella (RM) – Town Hall and Club Over 60
    PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM REALIZATION, delivered September 2020.
    15.5 kWp and 9 kWp plants – connected to the grid for ‘self-consumption’.
  • School Santa G. Falconieri (Rome)
    PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM REALIZATION, delivered July 2019.
    20 kW system connected to the network, for self-production and self-consumption of energy from renewable sources.
  • Photovoltaic lift
    Photovoltaic system to cover the elevator shaft in the Tiburtina area in Rome.

  • Pianopoli (CZ)
    REALIZATION OF THE PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM, delivered September 2019.
    80 kW system connected to the network, serving the well and municipal pumps.
  • Politecnico of Turin
